I tried several antenna's and this was one of the better ones that I found. However, I would recommend getting it from the big W (roll backs and smily faces)because they have this exact one for only 27 bucks

No PBS -- VHF stations February 9, 2009 Reviewer:  M. Valere "Fire Veil" Real Name (San Antonio,Tx)  See all my reviews >

well I don't get local PBS station appearently you have to have an antenna that recieves both VHS/UHF bands. Since my local PBS has been broadcasting in HD for quit sometime I find it odd that I never get the channel unless I us simple rabbit ears.
Guess i will be headed to purchase a good antenna that takes in both bands for I found out that one of my local main stations (ABC) will switch from UHF to VHF on the convertion day. ( be aware San Antonio, Texas this will effect you info found on local PBS website)
Stay informed all... know your stations well and ask questions.

This antenna picks up a lot of analog channels, but that won't matter in a month when everything goes digital. Picks up almost all of the local channels. 30 doesn't come in. Over all, it's a pretty good product, but this EXACT product is available at [..] for only [price] so I won't be keeping the one I bought from Target for [price].

Works better then expected May 4, 2009 Reviewer:  Tony N (Concord, NC)  See all my reviews >

Picked this up and connected it to my Dish vip722 DVR, it searched and found all the local HD channels antenna web says I should see. It's on a shelf about 6ft above my TV on the first floor of my house. Couldn't have been easier and the picture on the over the air HD is amazing!! As for the reviewers that had issues, I don't know what to say, I highly recommend it!!

Don't waste your money February 23, 2009 Reviewer:  Yamille M. Silva Real Name (San Antonio, TX)  See all my reviews >

I have tried various antennas, and this was one of the worst. My cheap rabbit ears pick up more channels. I only picked up 2 channels, after moving the antenna to different locations and positions, and one was too fuzzy.

Not good February 12, 2009 Reviewer:  Ralph R. Doty Real Name See all my reviews >

I purchased this antenna at the Duluth Target store and it's a dud. It didn't pick up the digital signals from 2 of our 5 channels. A TV "expert" said the wire connections - slip-ons and not the screw type - are not good and often don't work, even on my Sony TV (which I purchased at Target.com and like very much).

Works better than all others January 24, 2009 Reviewer:  DootDoot (Lincoln, CA)  See all my reviews >

We tried 3 other antennas (Terk, RCA, and another Phillips) before buying this one. This was the best antenna even compared to more expensive ones. 4 stars only because it doesn't pick up all the channels, but definitely the best over all others. Highly recommended!!!
